Ian Campbell got this one on a well executed drift off the “far side” with some nice mends. These planted rainbows make up most of the catchable trout population this time of year on the Upper Owens. Those that “run the bait gauntlet” below the Benton Bridge will move upstream and begin to get some nice color.
