Bruce Alger was using mice tails on Saturday to entice 3 nice rainbows one weighing 8lbs! So many nice stringers coming in!

Another monster came in yesterday weighting just shy of 13 pounds at 12.92!!!! Caught by Chris Gregory in pioneer with a worm and a power egg!!!

Mathew Sayers was back out again yesterday and caught some beauties! One rainbow weighed 7lbs and the other 6.38

Mitchell and Eddy Torres caught few from shore yesterday on garlic powerbait. Big fish weighed 7.92lb!

Another Lunker came in yesterday!!! James Benke from Brentwood was baitfishing by the spillway and landed a huge 12lb trout!!! He also caught a big 8.18 pounder! 😮 (The single up close pic of the 12 pounder was taken later that day after the fish had been on ice and unfortunately started to loose its color.)

Kathy Smith got one off the spillway yesterday but it was a BIG one weighing in at 7.06lbs! She caught it on pink and chartreuse marshmallows.

Daryl Carter and Joe Vnuk from Sac did well in Jackson creek yesterday using powerbait and rapalas. Big fish weighed 7.6lbs

Sophia from Sacramento caught herself a nice 3 pound rainbow.

Raymond Rastio hooked into a nice 6.2lb Lightning and a 3.5lb Cutbow on the Dam using power bait this Saturday!!

Atlas Mikes Chinook eggs are enticing lots of trout on the Sac right now. Its a durable egg thats got what the Sacramento River rainbows want!

This weeks kids are hooked on fishing! We've run a lot of trips this past week and its been great getting these families out on the water, making lifetime memories!

Scot Cheu of San Jose caught his limit of trout on Mice Tails in 1 hour out by Scow Canyon the weight of the stringer 9.65 lbs the largest was 4.3 lbs on 4-3-19.

Victor Yuan and friend of San Jose caught 7 trout using power-bait at Sandy Point the largest weighing 5.15 lbs. on 4-6-19.
