Rainbow Trout Counts by Boat - October 12, 2016

“First light” Lance Geiger of Geiger Jewelers punctuated his annual trip to Crowley with his Dad Bill by tagging this wide bodied rainbow near Layton Springs on crystal copper tiger midge and Assassin combo fished below an Under-Cator.

Tim Boyer is all smiles after battling this twenty two inch rainbow to get a picture. Assassin/copper tiger midge combo was the silver bullet.
